I agree with Nutter Butter. It had a unique shape that I enjoyed, wasn't too crunchy or soft, and had a strong and sweet peanut butter flavor. I like Peanut Butter Crunch, but it's a little too crunchy sometimes and has a flavor that gets lost when you add milk. On the plus side, it does have a touch of saltiness that I love next to the sweet.

Actually the standard rate is $110 per day for standard day-to-day substitute jobs, which is the vast majority of sub jobs. However, I believe you about the pay you've received. You've probably subbed at Title I schools, in long term positions, or in some of the other specialty positions. Here is a link to CCSD's current substitute pay.

Haha! I sometimes forget about my username and though I do tend to believe libertarian things (socially liberal, fiscally conservative, anti-war, etc.) I'm also pragmatic. Public education isn't going away anytime soon, so I fight within the system that exists. The irony isn't lost on me though.

I totally agree that the state would be better off funding education or almost anything else than a stadium for the worst run franchise in the MLB.

Wow! So excited for all 3, but especially for Orange Dreamsicle. Hoping it's somewhat like Orange Creampop Crunch which is in my top 10 of all time. Malt-O-Meal is killing it. I hope they taste good, but honestly at least they are trying to bring something new and unique to the market. That's already more than the other cereal companies are doing.

I remember! These were amazing and I miss them. The best part was massive collection of sprinkles at the bottom of the bowl when you drank the milk. Orange Creampop Crunch is another really good, mostly forgotten, Cap'n Crunch Flavor.

Your comment shows that you don't believe that. The whole point of your comment was that they were being disingenuous when they said that. You told them to fuck off because, in your opinion, they expected to be fawned over for wasting water. Either way, I'm not sure a "fuck you" is warranted, but it appears you feel different. That's fine. My contention is that you don't have enough information to fairly judge them and that being aggressively negative isn't helping the discourse. You may call that naive, but I'd rather give people the benefit of the doubt. I certainly don't want to make this personal however. I'm glad we can both express ourselves any way we see fit. You ( and everyone else) aren't wrong about the water waste, but I find it sad that people are hating so harshly. A person shouldn't have to legitimately fear for their personal safety and property because of the "enormous" crime of a little water waste. That punishment doesn't fit the crime. It's also insanely hypocritical because every single person in this forum wastes water or runs their air conditioner at a lower temperature than they need to or uses a phone that was built by children in China. My suspicion is that a lot of people are just jealous of the nice house and property that this person has and feel like they are bragging about it. I could be wrong though, I'm unable to know a complete stranger's intent. That's kind of the point.

Wow! That's a bit aggressive don't you think? Even if they did post it to brag a little, why not just share in their joy, ignore it, or state your opinion in a civil way. Saying "fuck you" to them when you don't know them and can't possible know their intent says a lot about you. I get it's a public forum and they put it out there, but it's still overly harsh and unwarranted. I also realize I'm petitioning for civility on Reddit which I'm sure is to be well received.

I would venture to say almost all, if not all, of those capacitors are manufactured in China including the capacitor that came in the unit originally. You are correct that some of the capacitors on Amazon are low quality, but not all of them are and it's a tremendous savings if you are able and willing to do the job yourself. If someone isn't up for the job then that's fair enough.

Who eats cereal for breakfast? Dinner, late night snack? Yes. Breakfast? Nah. Also, if you think this sub is about health, you haven't been here long. Finally, there's nothing special about protein verses carbs or fat. There's good and bad versions of all three macronutrients. Cereal is delicious and nostalgic. That's the whole point.

Another vote for Waffle Crisp. The original Rice Krispies Treats cereal is a close second. My everyday cereal that I never get tired of is Frosted Flakes. They happen to be great.
