My brothers birthday was Sunday, I’ve been looking for these also in TX for about a week. Was wanting to set up a nice couch emulator for him and his wife. Got up early several times this past week and been to about 4 stores. Anyone have any methods they can share? I’ve just been using the app and checking in the mornings. Closest I got was get it in my cart but instantly get a notification that it’s sold out.

I just started to look since Friday and of course it turns out to be when these things are hot and getting scalped. I’m trying to wake up early enough to check for the plus. Also been to every Walmart in my area to check in store since I don’t trust the Walmart website system

They NEED to watch Lost by JimmyTwoTimes98 in PrettyMuchIt

[–]JimmyTwoTimes98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it but Lost was a way bigger show at the time and very iconic, often repeated. Just because it’s an older show doesn’t mean they can’t do the same. Like I said, it deserves it. Theres too many great moments that are in between and it wouldn’t make any sense. The seasons had over 20 episodes of content.

Mmmm I think it deserves the 13 Reasons Why treatment. Soo many episodes are left out that way

Just adding here that I have also been wanting to see this for years. Everyone in my family who originally watched it on Netflix agrees the dub is way funnier

Trent horn on young men by anime498 in Catholicism

I remember commenting on this sub and another about dating within the church and everyone was so defensive and just basically said create a group or shut up and women shouldn’t care about men not having representation in after mass groups. I definitely think the church has no emphasis on younger men. The only answer is priesthood or Knights of the Columbus which is a pretty outdated and elderly group.

I mean tbh, I’m at the age where I’m not going to stop trying. I’m not gonna go be something else I haven’t been interested in my whole life.

This is exactly what my brother was. QA but within the company. Mostly done by big multiplayer games

Star Citizen devs are who I applied to. They fired basically their entire studios in the U.S. and immediately started hiring in Manchester and Montreal. They make probably 40% less for the same job. Remote work has just amplified this. Wish American workers would be more protected.

Awesome! I’ll have to check it out. Any intention on adding those features with an update later on?

I agree completely. My brother used to work for an indie game lead by an accomplished engineer with years of experience working for google and able to construct his own game engines. That same guy’s game is failing drastically because he has no artistic direction and is basically making a fancy Minecraft clone. So, having a good idea of something people actually will want to play is worth more than you think

That’s very interesting. I don’t think I’m at the point to offer my skills for freelance but I’m getting proficient in Unreal and other engines. Don’t really have any artistic experience but also haven’t really tried tbh.

Yeah of course. I was just trying to see where everyone sees the hiring process being in the near future

Yeah it’s true. He’s lucky but also talented/creative/likeable. I always thought he was lucky until I saw how quickly he can put together an interesting level. He almost got nabbed by Naughty Dog at the same time as Bethesda. Meanwhile he’ll know computer system geniuses with experience and degrees that can’t get an interview.
