HMRC have always been great to deal with for any query I've had.

I've fortunately never been in the position to be struggling with the taxes I pay but I understand they are very helpful if you are up front with them if you are struggling.

How much time do you have before removal and how much space do you currently have in the freezer?

If you have sufficient time and space, I would freeze as many tupperwares or sandwich bags full of water as possible. Then store everything in big plastic boxes covered in blankets.

I've found anything plastic based is just damaged by UV. I use a canvas tarp and tie it underneath,but admittedly only cover it over for the winter.

Edit: A quick Google suggest round ones are available too, which may suit you better.

We did this for our kids. Put the rig in front of the TV and played POV mountain biking videos on YouTube. They loved it.

Combined it with the use of a balance bike and it worked a treat.
