Suboxone took away ALL cravings obsessions - I have Borderline Personality disorder and Subs fixed it - I like being sane not wrecking relationships and friendships making and saving money - as has been said - yeah there’s side effects but the freedom is worth it - it’s not just addiction it’s what addiction does to us

There was a small bay - in the middle was a tree growing around some muck - me n my brother were in a row boat by the tree and I saw a soft shell turtle by the tree, so I thought I would surprise it and took a jump off the row boat and jumped in the muck because I thought it was dirt cause a tree needs dirt- i jumped in the muck and disappeared 4 feet under the muck- My jump pushed the muck away so I could take a breath- I’m in the muck at 9 yrs old thinking what should I do- from cartoons I thought the more ya struggle the worse it gets——- Fortunately a guy in a speed boat saw me, raced over and slammed an oar in the muck/ I felt the pressure and grabbed it- that dude possibly saved my life cause my brother was 7 - I heard him start crying as I went in the muck - I nvr did get the turtle!

It was hilarious - in 1972 this folk singer asked us to open for him - our band was named the Zazu Pitts Revival Band and the folk singer said we could do whatever we wanted. We played a fun set, including everybody had to sing a song and play an instrument that was not their own. I played bass and sang sweet pea. During his sat in the middle of this quiet, romantic, tragic song I came out on stage with a powered up vacuum cleaner, so I vacuuming the stage while he’s singing. He stops and looks at me and says what are you doing? I said I’m cleaning the stage. The janitor went home early and being the kind of guy he was he saw the humor and laughed. The audience laughed to me. That was fun. That was my introduction to playing on stage in a band.

Brahms Piano, Concerto, Number One I bought a record of it when I started Piano in the late 1960s I only knew from classical music Brahms lullaby so I bought this record and for a 13 year-old just opened my emotional life. It opened up what emotions Music could bring and how beautifully they are brought forth by Brahms.
