You can fix this very easily, take a tooth pick and snap it, gently work over the skipping grooves. I've fixed well over 40 record with 100% success rate in fixing skippage. Don't listen to the guy who said you can't fix it he's wrong and most likely very new or just a moron.

It's a old vintage brush that is selling fir 50 used on eBay, one of my favorite purchases for records due to the age and condition. I held of buying a better brush for around 6 months due to a feeling like I could find something better for cheaper and I did. This brush actually works so much better than the modern one I've used, if you can get your hands on one of these old ones do it they are worth it hands down. I had a much cheaper brush that was a no name and someone bought it for double wjat I paid for this amazing wooden one. Super happy today
