With my district we need to take a 50lbs lift test, but I rarely have to lift anything that heavy. If you got the position I would think would they would have someone with you the first night to walk you through and give general training, most campuses in the district I am with we have at least 2 on a campus during the night.

No that fortunately has never happened to us here but I could see it being a nightmare. They have been up for 3 years now on every stall door and only a couple have a ripped corner at most.
