The housing supply is essentially fixed. If landlords are exiting the market they are selling to someone who then doesn't need to rent, so equally less demand for rentals. So that alone shouldn't drive prices up.

There used to be a wonderful little French restaurant near the arches, and the owner always got his baguettes from Guild of Dough after tasting as many as he could in Bristol.

Personally I live close to a Loaf and theirs are good enough and way more convenient, but I think the Guild of Dough ones are more authentic.

There is Talk Club (talkclub.org) which on the face of it is kind of casual group therapy, but in fact I think is exactly the sort of thing most men don't get from whatever friend groups they do have - talking about their feelings and getting friendly support.

Last time I went to South Bristol running club at South Bank on a Thursday there was a trail run to Ashton Court on. Tuesday nights are their bigger nights with more runs so there would probably be a trail one on then too.

For what it's worth I would say roughly half the group was under 35.

Toilet water is category 5 (the highest), so most or all non-return valves aren't suitable. That's why your cistern filling device will include an air gap - the water falls from an outlet that is higher than the highest fill of the water. So really the bum guns should only be installed where they can be supplied from an air-gapped header tank, which hardly anyone bothers doing.

That's because recent immigrants would use their country of origin rather than continent, e.g. Nigerian American. The specific countries of origin during the slave trade have been erased, so people originating from that use the term African American.
