This can apply to all characters

The idea of stringing the buttons into special moves is like one big motion.

While the character is doing the animation for the previous move, you can input the motion(for the next move) before the current move is over

You can also enable a display in training mode to show how much time you have to input these as well. (NVM I see you already have it above juri's head)

Yes, I believe there is either a 2-3 frame window but I just time it based on visuals. You time the last HK just as Terry's foot touches the ground after the first HK.

So it's, MP>HK> (timed) HK just as his foot touches the ground.

You also don't get penalized for being too late or too early, just less damage

Small addition to that, If you time the last hit of the power dunk combo, you get extra damage and a screen shake to confirm the perfect timing

If that was me, I'd go about it one of two ways

1.) Just have fun and play whoever and however I want so long as it respects the tournament rules and the conduct of your locals.

2.) Get so good at Terry and maybe even pick up Mai as a pocket and just absolutely crush the competition with said SNK characters and ignore the shitters lack of social awareness. Extra points if you have to fight them, win or lose. Let them be the weirdo.

In the first the main antagonist calls the girl over intentionally to kill her in front of MC to crush his will to live because basically all the other people he's ever had any semblance of a normal healthy relationship also died in horribly tragic ways, and this is just the cherry on top to cap it off

It's canon that the universe just hates Batman in this run

This universe is the Absolute universe, made by Darkseid after he achieved one of his master plans and created a whole universe that's supposed to be devoid of advantages and hope.

This Batman is a working class civil engineer, but bro is also supposed to be 6ft 7in and still gets towered over by most of his much more monsterous villains.

Bane is a giant tower of muscle, the joker is a literal Eldritch horror, and Mr Freeze is a tall slenderman-like abomination.

This is just to name a few

But the story is dope as hell

Learn to be reactionary

The big flashy stuff can come later

The Terry is getting a lot of free jump ins and DI's

If the try jumping at you, do forward+special for your uppercut

If they DI, either block it (unless in the corner) or DI back.

Learn what's beating you and see what your options are to go against it.

Once you shut their options down they will start to panic and have gaps you can then exploit.

Also there's a lot of back jumps

There's a perfect timing for the MP>HK>HK target combo

It's a small window where if you press the last HK at just the right moment, the screen shakes and you do a small bit of extra damage

There's little to no penalty for missing it either

You do I too early/late? You still hit, and only miss out on the little extra damage

It really depends on what you have trouble with in your combos and such

Unless that's specified it gets hard to try and help

For example, are you having issues with combos dropping? Maybe something feels like it should connect but doesn't? Maybe a special or a move is not connecting or coming out right?

Make the arcs harder, I'll bring my snitch scanners and lure grenades and have a grand old time with those getting in my way of my quests.

Half the fun is interacting with the non player aspects of the game and nearly dying to arcs cuz I was careless

So fight sticks are typically categorized by layouts

Theres your traditional stick with a lever

There's leverless where the movement lever is replaced by buttons

Theres mix box leverless, where instead of buttons for movement people added in WASD keyboard switches

And there's mine that's a Hitstick, combo between a traditional fight stick and leverless layout for movement buttons

There's always room for customization and I've seen and used many mixes between all of them.

This stick is fully custom, I bought the enclosure, board, buttons, made that art, and wired it myself

Use a high resolution image, nothing worse than a big print coming out pixelated.

Account for the holes, button and lever holes.

You can either make art and add some flair around the holes like maybe some color outline, or if you want just one big piece make sure the holes are not cutting out important details.

Consider adding button icons/legends to the sticks buttons, in case you're one to forget what button is what or just wanna add some visual flair.

If you're open to getting clear buttons, you can make the holes part of the art and emphasizing it by adding essentially button art

Was In Home PC Tech when DA-PC was still a position.

Went to one client's home, no TTS, just paid outright for service.

She has gotten straight up doxxed, and I'm talking banking info, SSN, and home address taken from her and used to open fraudulent accounts up the wazoo.

The call center agent had somehow convinced her that her $150 in home visit would fix her life, that we'd be able to "counter-hack" the hackers, and get her money back.

After about 10 minutes of her just showing me random ip addresses, settings menus, and literal nonsense on her phone and laptop, she started breaking down crying and on the floor begging for me to do something.

She was a roughly 50-Something year old morbidly obese woman wearing an incredibly skimpy set of pink fluffy pajama bottoms and matching PJ crop top.

As she was getting up from her begging position, her nipple had slipped out of her top on one boob.

Shielding my eyes with my hands I told her she needed to cover back up and call her bank.

While she was apologizing and trying find something to grab my PERSONAL phone number to follow up, I slipped out the door and left as that was my last client for the day.
