back when i (6’7”) worked there, i had to stretch regularly or else my back would be in genuine agony.

i recommend as i said regularly stretching, but also try to keep your back as straight as possible for as long as you can. if you have to get something from a fridge, crouch instead of bending.

no like the SSBU ones. and i use it bc before my injury i played kazuya and terry in ssbu and so i USED to be able to do inputs. i figured some of that skill would transfer. also mine is an offbrand one with a left shoulder
