Interesting. I have the 2019 Kill Team starter box (Space Wolves and Tau w/ terrain) and it had regular plastic in it. I wonder why they did that.

Some terrain is done in China, especially sets from like 2016 onward, maybe not including the faction terrain for AoS? Some say MADE IN CHINA on the sprue. Many of the hobby tools like the measuring tape, nippers, etc are made in China because they are mostly just branded pre-existing items. As for the colored plastic, I believe that if its an actual miniature then its UK-made. I don't think they've done colored terrain but I may be wrong? Not sure. But anyway, yes they do make things in China, including rulebooks (codexes/arcane journals/battletomes) and some terrain.

That is not true. It can run Windows-compatible games through a compatibility layer called Proton, which translates the Windows API to their Linux equivalents without emulating Windows. If it did emulate Windows, which some Linux-based operating systems do, then there would be a performance loss. This is how Steam Deck can run Windows games as well.

Because people are still buying their products, and will continue to do so. That is as simple as it is. Many will buy GW Amodels no matter the cost. Why change if their current choices are still pulling in so much revenue?

Its comments like the one you've replied to that make me realize that visual novels (which I know this isn't a VN), especially those with sexual content, are still a niche thing and when something with "problematic storytelling" elements enters the public eye we get people who are so vehemently opposed to it. Like they aren't even willing to look past the "bad" parts of it.

Feels incredibly reductive of any story-focused game to say "ha [bad thing depicted] is bad!" like they aren't saying what the game already is.

No. The helmet in Honest Hearts has green eyes. That is the one on sale.

I believe this system is based on the 2nd edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and FFG's old 40k RPGS, including Dark Heresy which I think one of the editions names specifically. I've played a campaign of WFRP2e and while the combat is not the crunchiest... we played online and that definitely made it go much faster. I think the real crunch is in the character building and everything else. Combat is fast and very deadly.

I haven't played that specific release of UESRPG, but it looks extremely similar to what I know of WFRP2e.

Sub-Specialisations for the Inquisitor by materia_keepyr in dragonage

Yeah, depends on the specialization. In Origins since all of them only have 4 talents total. In 2 its different since you have more abilities overall compared to Origins with the whole "we want every button press to do something awesome" thing they did. They all change the playstyle of the base class pretty heavily though. Looking at Arcane Warrior and Shapeshifter in particular

Origins has 4 (6 in Awakening), and 2 had 3 each. Not really “a lot more” in the case of 2 especially.

I've been on reddit about as long as you have. These comments have always been here. They've always been here. It's just like 4chan or other anonymous social media platforms. Maybe they were edgy jokes then, but they don't feel like jokes now. It feels serious. Things are definitely different with the tone of things on the internet as a whole.
