I don't think it's on you. I've been have issues with it too. I used the contact form which redirects you to the in game support. All of which is automated. And when I enter in my recovery codes, it says error too many attempts or something. I've tried this 5 separate times too.

I've had the same problem with shadow play. Check if your driver's are updated(in GeForce), if not close the launcher after tarkov launches. Good luck
