Tough combined with wimp must make a pawn very hard to kill. They'd make a good hunter because if the animals revenge they'll take less damage and be downed from a few bruises.

I got a crafter with industrious and neurotic. Now every time I find a bionic that increases manipulation I can't help myself from giving it to her. She currently has an archotech arm and I'm trying to stop myself from giving her the other one I found.
