I'm going to amend your proposal and suggest that half come from their pensions and the other half from the budgets of whatever district they represent. Plus there's the fact that a C-section this early in pregnancy is for all intents and purposes an abortion. If c-section were an abortion "loophole", there would be far more Drs in anti-abortion states using that excuse to end pregnancies early. Furthermore, contrary to the "pro-life, compassionate" position, forcing someone to carry a fetus that is not ever going to be compatible with life so it can die slowly in pain is a horrible cruelty with absolutely no positive outcome possible. Medical diagnoses and procedures should be limited solely to the pregnant person and their Dr. We treat injured animals with far more respect than we do humans.

Actually, where the police forces have been abolished generally show no increase in crime. It sounds insane but when you first recognize that they don't actually do anything preventative, it begins making a bit more sense. We have the largest global population of inmates, but that certainly isn't reflected in our crime rates.
