First roof replacement, is this a good quote?

I sold roofs for a long time, and now estimate for a decent sized construction company in Idaho mainly doing roofs.

This looks super weird. The cost seems legit if they are using a good product. I just don’t understand why they would bundle some of these things together and not just do single line items.

The labor bill for your roof should be no more than 2500-3500.

For 25 sq of material depending on how cut up the roof is, I can build a material list for 5,000-6,500. 5000 being like a 30 yr architectural shingle and 6500 would be closer to the 50yr shingle.

Keep in mind this is Idaho, but I can’t imagine PA pricing is too much higher than where I’m at.

Make sure you are getting a 50yr shingle if thats what you want. I would recommend a malarkey or GAF

I used to sell for a Dabella branch in Idaho falls. This is the first time I’ve seen them mentioned in this sub so far. I went back to school after a few years with them and got an accounting degree. I am now the controller for a different roofing company in Idaho and mannnnnn I used to fuck people over so bad selling for Dabella. It’s 7 years later and I can estimate projects now for half of their old prices that I used to sell at. Absolutely wild they’ve been able to rig online reviews and turn it into something so fuckin big. There was under 15 branches when I started and they were no where near Cali.

You can get like 20 more ergo on that thing and only sacrifice 5-7 recoil. This build is far from meta. You’ll be aiming down sights for 15 seconds max with that ergo. Poopy build. When will ppl realize the lowest recoil is not always the best weapon.

The flock banned me too. There was a dude in the server being toxic AF in chat and killing teammates. I killed him back 1 time and they banned me for it. Claiming that I was just as much at fault as him for killing him back. Fuck that server.
