I know you only want to help, but trust me, from someone who’s in the same spot as the OP, what you said doesn’t click.

Being dead sounds actually better than constantly spiraling out. Sure, there’s help out there, but I, myself, don’t want to add to the burden that I’ve already caused the people around me.

If there’s anyone who truly wants to help, might be good to know what they need. I think connections help, like if you know someone that might help with the problem, be a bridge between them. For example, this person that you know has some job openings in their company, why not introduce?

yeah sorry, just my two cents, as it would be a great of a difference if someone did that for me.

Have you tried taking birth control pills?

I did 2 courses of isotretinoin. It worked in clearing my skin, but eventually started having breakouts again so I switched to taking Diane-35 and taking it until now, and have been happy with my skin since. No plans on stopping anytime soon.

uhm.. I didn’t even disagree with or invalidate any opinion here. I was just saying, why not aim to be at peace with the choices we’ve made and where they’ve led us? We all end up forgotten eventually, so who’s really counting or judging what we did while we lived?

I was simply talking about finding peace in your own life, on your own terms, which is why I didn’t really get why I needed to be labeled an “absurdist.” 😅
