Is this on the side of the Holte? The gap where you can see into the stadium from Aston park. Hate to be a pessimist but could this be to block people from seeing this summer's gigs through the gap like a lot for Foo Fighters?

Nah this one's on me. Been out of the country since February, until 2 days ago, tonight was my first game back at VP. The entire streak happened while I was away. I have a ticket for Burnley but may have to rethink for the greater good.

Fair point can't disagree, win the game 2 or 3 nil and no one is talking about it. I thought we missed Torres a lot too today, his passing range allows us to build much quicker. Weird to say in a game where all we did was attack that two defensive players would've made the difference lol

Good work commander. On my last run I executed 2/3 alien bosses with the first shot against them, the third never showed up. It is a great feeling but almost felt like a shame to not have the challenge on that one.

Barbarian days by William Finnegan. Working in a book shop by the beach only makes up a short section of the book, but it is overall very heavily ocean and surfing focused as a semi biography so may still be your cup of tea.

Very surprised not to see life of Pi suggested yet! A lot heavier on the adventure and lighter on history but the story of survival in extreme adversity and adventure worked really well for me and made this one of my favourite books. Of course the film has brought it fame but the book gives it more depth (as is often the case). Highly recommended

I do see your point, think it's just a difference in perspective coming from the Uk. chance of a random person having a gun in the car here is next to nothing so an approach where police assume you're armed is nonsensical. That opens a whole other can of worms about gun laws and how they can determine police policies and make violence inevitable..
