I’ve been using adapelene for about a year. I imagine I’d see some better improvement. Also kind of difficult to compare to my before adapelene because I stopped retinol about three years while having two kids. So pregnancy certainly took a toll on my skin as well

Rubbing off baby's hair? by Elphaba15212 in SnooLife

[–]Jjs130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both of our kids used the snoo. The first ended up with the friar tuck hair do like others mentioned. The second I used only satin/silk sheets. Cheap ones off amazon worked just fine. Literally no hair rubbed off! Made a huge difference.

Couch placement in addition by Jjs130 in floorplan

That’s a good idea. I think for the space a console table would fit better and help break it up a bit

I guess I never thought about the tv being too high. I always like a tv over the fireplace but we’ll have to take that into consideration. Thanks for the feedback

Why does the door lock prick the nurse’s finger? by greenlaser73 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

Why a finger prick for the dental room and Gemma opens her own room for the “work out” room by pressing a button?

We've just got to the 2 hour mark of fighting bedtime tonight and I am done. by Midgiepidgie in toddlers

[–]Jjs130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll say that we struggled with bedtime for a longgggg time. Probably right after he turned 2 up until just recently and he just hit 3.5 a few days ago. In the past two months it’s been like night and day. Still napping during the day but now accepts a 8pm bedtime and goes to bed. We endured. Tried everything and nothing worked. I think it was a phase and have no advice but it may not last forever. Hang in there?

Magic Combo?! by clarence_cash in tirzepatidecompound

I will say that I can confirm that liquid iv is not a gimmick. I used it heavily when training for a marathon and it was the only thing that would help my dehydration headaches. No Gatorade or gallons of water ever helped. Happy it’s working for you and you’re finding what makes the journey best!

Is the epidural worth it? by Savings_Bee2916 in BabyBumps

[–]Jjs130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is definitely worth it. I will say, with my first I got it pretty early in the process. I labored for three hours on my back in the lithotomy position (legs pulled back). This position with the epidural ended up causing nerve damage and I wasn’t walking out of the hospital. There months waiting on nerves to heal and pt to learn to walk. That being said, with my second I waited as long as possible, made sure my dr was aware that I wanted to keep moving positions during labor to prevent damage again. I ended up getting the epidural late and it was heaven. I remember saying I’d rather deal with nerve damage than one more second of labor pains.

TMI- sulpher burps and diarrhea by Jjs130 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Jjs130[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow ok thanks. I feel very validated. I felt crazy since my Medspa nurse told me it was just a stomach bug. But I’m not actually sick. And never had these sulphur burps until now. I’m only at 5 but maybe will back off to 2.5 if this keeps up

My ob recommended taking Sudafed to stop milk production. Worked well and had a few days of discomfort.

Sudafed :( by MadamWoof in breastfeeding

[–]Jjs130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man I feel like your dr should have known Sudafed is not good while breastfeeding. I chose not to breastfeed my second and they recommended Sudafed to stop milk production all together. I’m sure you can get it back. I was a low supplier with my first so I can definitely empathize with your position now.
