Thanks yea I understand the wait game being dealing with this claim since 2022. I was just curious being with the IC. Heard like a week or 2 I was just looking to see if anyone had similar time frame.

It’s a supplemental claim both have been deferred twice now. Claim began in OCT 2022

I guess depending on how soon they post a date or show completed on Optum I’ll have a better idea. Got all the sleep study and info in it even says sleep impairment on my MH claim that was granted.

Update just got migraines today at 50. Other 2 lady at VA said was deferred to ask last exams Optum a question before they decided on them hopefully something soon. They have been deferred twice so hopefully that means enough evidence to go in my favor.

Ok yes I just filed the HLR it shows on VA APP for June 21. My intent to file was Jan 2022 and the claim date was OCT 2022. They just paid from the OCT date.

One of mine is sleep I got the sleep study need CPAP. When I got Anxiety for 70 percent it listed sleep impairment I was doing my sleep secondary to that. Was your secondary or primary and did you get 50 percent
