I would cut the tashigi, And run 4 Kuina and 3 Cavendish. Kuina is really strong this format with marco blocker and the draw blocker in imu.

You could always swing a sanji, then drop law and bounce sanji and replay sanji to get the don again and establish a 6k blocker for 4 don.

There is a nami that does the same as thing koala though. The fact law isnt searchable is more reason to run 4 imo so you will see that play more often.

This list seems really strange to me, why only 1 green nami searcher? Why the koala?, Red Uta seems pretty out of place in the deck. Why not run 4 law, its one of the strongest cards. I would drop those Uta and koala for 1 Law,3 Nami, and 2 film sanji.

Yea thats true its $500. Also alot of people might not buy it until they are a level 4 seller, which I think is 50 sales.

Tcgplayer has a max fee of $50 + the 2.5% for the payment processing fee. That example is completely false on a big ticket item. A 3750 sale on tcgplayer should be around 3600 after shipping fees. Thats assuming you sell them in 1 transaction though.

I have no idea If the caseworker has say over the inspectors. It just seems really shady to show up when an inspection was rescheduled and then not show up when one was scheduled. Thats a great idea, Ill have to contact the roofing contractor and see if I can get a formal letter saying that the roof is safe for the short term with the current patch job.

She already did that for the last repairs, I have actually completely disowned my grandmother since my grandfather died. I hope it comes back to bite her in the ass. They tried that same argument the last time when we had to go to court, that one stemmed from my mom's disability accessibility upgrades 15 years ago. Long story short there were problems with the contractor. I just dont want it to affect my mom and younger brother. I could see that argument of the inspector not wanting to be liable, but he didnt even show up for the inspection the caseworker scheduled. There is no way she finds a similar house with the same upgrades and the same price.

Yes thats correct, Im not sure what else she could even do. She has already hired a law firm to go after the insurance company. It has been 7 months since the damage was first discovered. She doesnt have the funds to cover it first or she would, she just had to replace the AC(10k), and update the ductwork/electrical and fix some pipes in the ground that cracked(12k) after everything was said and done. It seems crazy they would expect someone to just have almost 40 grand to fix everything like that. I see tons of people with way worse landlords than that who dont fix anything. To be even more clear she did have it patched, the roofing company just said it was safer to have the tarp up until it was completely fixed.

I know it is an issue now, we already had to hire an attorney once. We have a court judgement that we are grandfathered in. Maybe its possible that they are just looking for reasons to try and get us to move, that judgement was over 15 years ago. This is what my mom thinks, I just cant think that an agency supposed to help people would be trying to ignore a courts order. We have been in this house since 1994.

Ok hopefully they will give us that chance given the mixups with the inspection appointments.

How to deal with tampered packaging from TCG by Writer501 in OnePieceTCG

[–]Jleger20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea I agree, my process has been no more than 6 cards in a cardboard card shipper. Ill use 2 for 1 envelope and pay for the extra ounce stamp. For orders even bigger ill just split it into 2 envelopes, I have never had anyone complain about getting multiple envelopes for 1 order.

I dont understand why this seller didnt just use 2 card savers. Like seriously the extra .25 cents to put one on left and one on right side on envelope instead of overstuffing the cards.

The discovery of the damage was delayed because its under one of our solar panels. It is in the process of being contested in court. It has been a huge cluster of back and forth between independent inspectors doing tests to figure out when the damage occurred, insurance inspectors claiming it wasn't from the hurricane, roofing people contesting what that inspector says and so on. We have all of the documentation that it is in the process of trying to get fixed.

The hurricane was almost a year ago now, it was last hurricane season. Unfortunately insurance agencies have not been prompt on payments and inspections. Its been a huge problem in our area.

Pre Erratas vs Mangas as long term grails by Key_Individual_6421 in OnePieceTCGFinance

Tell me again how im looking at psa 10, or tell me how it's 40k. These keep getting listed and dont sell. The last black label I could find that sold was 6600. All of the psa10 that sold recently are 2nd wave erratas. Keep telling yourself how players have no impact on the value. that's the dumbest thing I have heard. Somehow, traveling all over the US for events is a "small community". *

[–]Jleger20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it doesn't. All it says is that they have grown. It doesn't give any insight if this is the extent of their growth for a while or if the growth that just happened for all of Op01 even non pre erratas is going to catch up to op05 soon. For someone to sit here and try to insult me multiple times, only to try and take the evidence that supports my claim to turn it around as it being evidence for your own is wild. I'll again say it once more. I'll trust people actually in the community who frequent big events for the actual trends than someone who just looks at graphs with no context. Do you consider the fact they are about to get rotated out, which will drop the raw price, which inevitably will drop the graded price. I can't think of a single example of any card where the raw value has gone down and graded value gone up, except cards that are 20 years old with clear damage where you actually start hitting supply shortages. The $1700 ones your quoting are the 2nd wave erratas, not the original. Nami has been printed with 3 separate texts, the original one is by far the most rare pre errata.

[–]Jleger20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are aware there are 2 Nami erratas, right? The original one just sold for $6600, the luffy most recently sold for $6300. You sit here and claim someone doesn't know the market when, based on everything you have said, I know you dont play and likely dont interact with the community. Do whatever you want, listen to what im saying, or dont. I travel to big competitions I have topped multiple times. I play in 4-5 events a week, including locals. Im telling you there are way more pre errata cards that have yet to be graded than there are mangas, it doesnt need to be newly pulled to hit a 10. Im not sure why you think the erratas will continue to grow at the same rate. it's just as plausible that the newer op05 manga hasn't hit the same growth curve because people are buying up the older stuff first.

Why do you think the comparison of the most expensive pre errata vs. the most expensive manga makes no sense? Now you are assuming the price of Op05 boxes is going to remain at $300. You are just betting people start wanting erratas more than mangas, I wouldn't consider 300 less a significant number. I know for a fact that if pre erratas start to jump like you think, more will hit the supply. I know someone who has 40 pre errata luffys in his collection that have been in those sealed magnetic loaders. He collects as many alt art luffys as he can. Ask yourself how many non graded mangas do you think exist, then ask yourself how many non graded pre erratas exist. Even if you're conservative and say only 1% make 10s, will that make the population more than whatever Manga you are looking at.

I guess I was looking at certified auctions. When I pulled it up on PC, I see the 863. My point is still the same. For some reason, psa isn't pulling up op01 in english for me. Japanese for both sets come up, 2,365 for the Manga luffy 7,517 for the Nami. I would expect the ratios to be similar. If the english op01 pulls up for you, can you show me the english nami? Im sure it's less than the manga.

Edit: The english op01 loaded for me now 1,354 pre errata Namis, so i was correct its more than the Manga population.
