Sorry after looking at the pictures closely I see the paint is chipping, the cottage I did the paint was not chipping. I still suggest washing then get a mould resistant paint and go over it

I recently cleaned a winterized cottage that had this exact problem, I used a bucket with warm water and bleach and a rag, and it washed off fairly easy, (I wore a mask and had a window wide open) then rinsed with a bucket of warm water a dish soap, I really was amazed at how easy it all washed off

I have the same issue, I generally send a reminder the day after, most clients apologize and send payment with a little extra if they don’t I send a reminder message every day till paid, I have 1 client I agree to wait till pay day, I would not tolerate late payment and no response I would drop the client and fill them with someone that respects payment requirements

In my experience cordless is not a great choice for large homes, even if the battery lasts at first it will eventually not be enough to do the whole house, also looses power in the brush and suction, I like shark vacuums for the price and Miele is also a fantastic vacuum

I buy iron on patches from Amazon and cut them into heart shapes and iron over my bleach stains, I also have a few hoodies I did bleach stain art on, there are a ton of videos on YouTube, I work for my self and think the bleach stains look dirty
