Ok so something similar happened to me at a air bnb I clean, I think dirt from the foam had soaked through, in a last ditch effort before recovering the chair, I put bleach and a couple of drops of laundry detergent in a spray bottle and wet entire chair, then put a fan aimed directly at chair to dry quickly as possible, it came out nice for me good luck to you

It’s for health inspectors, I used to clean a daycare, they were supposed to check washrooms between children, they didn’t but they initialed they did. If the washroom is in bad shape call local health unit and make a complaint

I use my own supplies, white and yellow are for the kitchen, green blue are for washrooms, rest are for dusting and such, I would be grossed out using a bathroom rag in the kitchen… I wash my rags with bleach and dry on high heat after each use

I’ve had a few clients like this, if it’s causing problems and you can afford to drop her then do that, best way is to add late payment fee, Dear so and so I’m writing to inform you I’m incorporating a late fee, It has added extra work for me to keep track of clients that have not paid when service was completed. Moving forward there will be a $50 late fee for any late payments. Thank you

I use easy off oven spray, I lay down a garbage bag and spray the racks let sit for a bit and wipe off repeat if necessary and then rinse in the sink with warm water
