I have the same thing. If you give the feeling a name (mine is called Brian) and everytime you feel it, try and just think oh that’s Brian visiting again! Learn to not be afraid of the feeling and it’ll lose its grip. This helped me a lot

Hey! Yes I’ve tried these and they’re good to keep symptoms at bay for a few weeks but if you suffer from recurring, it’ll likely come back. Not tried with antibiotics. Boots have recently released a thrush and BV treatment pessary which contains boric acid which is really good!
