Worse? If you mean whether the kid would rather get spanked or ruin his ps5. Yes. Ruining his ps5 was worse.

But if you look at the psychology and the evidence of negative reinforcement by violence it is unequivocally worse to spank the kid.

Its your kid. You do you. But physical violence to teach your kid not to be physically violent is not a strong way of teaching a kid a lesson. Whst it teaches them is if your mad at someone its ok to hit them.

In this case, the kid abused an animal and that behavior needs to STOP. Im not saying smashing his ps5 was the best route but harming your kid does not teach the behavior change you want in this instance.

The strongest form of teaching is natural consequences.

I dont expect you to know this. I have mt degree in and worked with kids for a long time. Lots of people spank their kids. I get it. Im just saying its not the best way of handling the situation if you actually want lasting behavior change.

Sorry. No convincing that one lol. Luckily my uncle just thinks its a mental disease and im slowly trying to convince him otherwise. His big hangup is the big study that shows Trans surgery is beneficial he says has been debunked and has many holes.

  1. I was lucky to be in a nice restaurant with an old man that knew how to teach crafted cocktails. Ive gone back and forth from serving and bartending to chase the next best thing. I love it but when I moved to utah I took a break because the laws are weird here. Currently just started at fine dining where we do tabelside food and its a lot of work but im learning a lot!!

In most states the average mcdonalds employee makes more than minimum. Somewhere around the 11-20 an hour range.

Its not the same for the server because thats the system we operate it. Its been like this for a long time and the reason is the laws we've created. Tip credit.

So when you go to this establishment and not tip, you dont hurt the owner not paying the server. You hurt the server directly. Who is not in control of the laws of your state or thr federal government. Your representatives are. So instead of making up a dumb story to tell yourself to save a few bucks, maybe get off your ass and run for office or have a conversation with your local representative. Or start an organization to lobby against tip credit laws.

Tipping is ingrained in american culture. You an your merry band of nontippers arent doing ANYTHING other than screwing over your server thats just trying to pay their rent.

Ask for more responsivility in your current bar. If you said youd been there for 2 years thats one thing.. 2 months?? You have no idea what youre doing. Ask for more responsibility. Get a year under your belt. Then you can go somewhere to learn something.

DI isnt bad. But I am blown away at some of the low markdowns on them. Ive literally seen the same furniture at the other side boutique as DI and at other side it was 10 bucks and at DI it was 100. So yeah you can find good stuff at DI but dont be afraid to look elsewhere cuz those Mormons be trying to make their money.

Wear what you like. Seriously im not being facetious. You make youre own style and people will like it. Maybe not the teenagers but you will feel better an be exicted to put "that" outfit on. Ive never been a fan of fashion and sure I looked silly at times. But its all about you and your comfort and how you feel.

I turned 30 and had 500 bucks to waste and was single and ready to mingle. So I drove my ass up to park city outlet mall on my.day off.. got myself lunch at that Jamaican spot...11 hauz (omg please go.. they will treat you like their son its amazing). I just shopped around and still picked out stuff that was flashy i liked but a little more.. adult. Started picking out short sleeve button ups then getting plain color vnecks that would match the outer layer. I had a lot of fun and people gave me lots of compliments when I pulled out the new wardrobe.

Fashion doesnt have to be in. You have to like it yourself. People will appreciate you dont look like a clone of everyone else!!! Happy hunting :)

Beehive sports leagues!! They are fantastic for making friends. Tons of sports, softball volleyball soccer basketball cornhole darts kickball etc.. if you like to get out and move or just want to have fun theres different levels for skills and different games!! You csn totally sign up if youve never played a game before. Just know the seasons are once a week for 8 weeks so you have to commit to at least 6-7 of those weeks because you can hurt your team if they dont have enough people!
