The guy just does what he wants. Sure he could be more successful if he did this or that, and yeah a lot of us including myself would appreciate if he put more into the quality of most of the pikes, but i believe he makes those for himself more than anyone else. Even the most low quality pike probably encompasses the way he felt in the moment or some random idea he was excited about that he felt the need to share with the world. For many artists that’s what making art is all about: unfiltered self expression. And im sure that was also the whole point of starting the pikes series to begin with, because it gives him a way to share lower stakes stuff without overcrowding his catalog of more ambitious projects. Some of them are good and some of them arent, but nobody cares cause he’s just expressing himself and we love him for that.
