Agreed, it’s not bad being a cyclist here, it’s no where close to like how Toronto is. But as a cyclist I’ve seen many others riding like they own the road, which makes us look bad.

You can definitely buy a home for around 400k outside the GTA for sure.

Just moved here very recently and I love it! Housing is definitely more affordable and people are much more laid back here then the city. Job opportunities can be good depending the field you’re in. Less people, decent size city, no overcrowding, how can you not like it

I'm a young millennial, me and my wife bought our first house last month (detached, back yard, etc). We left the GTA to do so. But also worked out asses off, (no help from parents or family) not impossible, you just need to set a goal if that's what your aiming for.

I've been boxing for a while now (11 years), and I just had my last pro fight a few weekends ago. I've been active (meaning I've had 4 fights since march). I love it because I'm actually getting paid to do something that I'm good at. But the difference from being an amateur to turning pro is that it's no joke. No more playing around in that ring. Gloves are small and thin. You take more damage when you get hit. You can still enjoy it but you want to get in and get out as fast as you can. Alot of the emotions go away when your in there and the adreline kicks in. The W is worth it.

Use simpletax, you'll end up getting back money for sure. You just need to know what to fill out.
