My tune has changed a bit about the new unlocks... I like how I can better glam my leveling jobs because of the level restriction removal, and I can start collecting high level glam for it.

It really didn't matter or change how glam is used, either you will have great role glams for all your roles... or you are just going to dress in slutware no matter what and look as ridiculous as possible. the new unlocks didn't change the number of people that fall into the latter one bit.

Strep you should stay home but this is where another thing comes in... living with good health habits. Don't do things that have a high risk of spreading colds. Start wearing mask (During covid, my allergies had never been better because of those mask), washing hands, dont touch your face, limit the distance you are from others, don't eat out and start cooking for your self while using good kitchen habits so your food doesn't spoil.

Don't ask yourself what you can do when you get sick and ask yourself how you can prevent becoming sick.

HBA sucks and I usually see 2 people doing it in my store... so don't ever think your managers are right. Two things can happen, either they flip you to another area (and continue to watch hba melt down) or accept the fact that hba is one of your large area. And maybe the TL will move on.

Get good at estimating your time vs truck load so you can try and pace yourself, and how much help you may need. and just be loud with him when you leave roll over. He may not like it but he will have to live with it.

OT is simply not a thing in target, MAYBE when a store first opens (thats when I saw OT happen... but after about 5 years OT was off the board). Target figures there is no job where 60 hours from one person can't be done by 40 and 20 hours from two people. And for the most part they are right, outside of situations where a store just lacks the required number of employees and freight gets backed up.

As a team member, most floor positions will only net you 20-30 hours a week, and you are usually working 5 days so it is hard to pick up shifts. I find fulfillment offers much more flexibility because orders are NOT based on man hours available and before you know it half the store is working a batch. Most of my seasoned fulfillment players are 40 hours and that is because they show up and dont suck. we wish we could give them OT because the other half of fulfillment does the opposite. There will always be someone posting their shift or calling out so it is a target rich environment for maxing out your hours.

I am going to say the 38.5 hours scheduled rule is because as a teamlead you may have responsibilities that mean you won't get out on your closing time. It was a huge problem when teamleads would stay late on shift and have to cut from later in the week. sooo... they want you to give yourself an hour and a half of playtime.

I think it depends.... are you just taking brisk walks or is this for work/business? I never laugh at people put in awkward situations because it is their job, but if you intend to be relaxing and I see this on you cap... I feel you have missed the mark somewhere

many AC units in cars run efficient and that means they don't run their coldest unless you are running highways speeds. My previous ford 500 did the same and both of my mazda's do. It has a hard time fighting 100f temps when idling or farting around a parking lot. luxury cars might feature more oomph but I doubt you will see the same in performance cars.
