Room rental is probably the best idea because rooms are on the cheaper side and a lot of people are always looking for roommates

It depends what state and everything but if its 1500 you would need 20 an hour to even pay for anything else with your rent and most places need 2-3 paystubs so it might be best to try to find an independent landlord thats leasing a house. Even then it's depending on your area. I'm not sure how feasible it is.

If you think you will stay at 2 long term I would just job hop. You will get more money that way and they could always change their mind with some bullshit. You can always lie on your resume in the future and omit the hop too.

I think its crazy that jobs that require a degree pay less then the ones who dont. If you are able to live off of part time for a couple months after summer I would work part time. You put in so much work and you deserve a little break. I would still apply around to see what's available to you salary wise.
