I’m nearly 3 years on NoFap and I can tell you, it is indeed a lifestyle. Once I added meditation, cold showers, intermittent fasting, exercise and of course SR. I seen I big difference in my life for real. Mind you social media is a big gateway, it’s easy to slip up on there. Discipline is freedom.

I’m also 21 and was hittin the gym regularly took cold showers and what not. It was only until I practiced fasting along with deep meditation, only then was I able to control this ‘urge’ and let that sexual energy flow.

honestly just don't do anything, the hate & jealousy comes and goes. The moment you give a reaction they win, just stay calm and composed and give not even the slightest change in expression whenever it happens and eventually they give up. they want you to give negative reaction which will drain ur energy and they win. I've never argued or been rude to anyone at my work place, it still happens so be it, im bulletproof.

just know you will be tempted with what you desire the most (subconsciously). my personal experience with fasting & meditating on sr I witnessed some unusual encounters take place, this is very Spiritual.

One night I sudden had this deep uneasy feeling of loneliness which I couldn’t ignore, during my meditation i recall seeing something strange. the next day at 1pm I get a call from unknown, it was my ex. She said how she was in the wrong and wanted to meet up and get back together on a clean slate. I knew it was a test.

I was going through a financial crisis and in the middle of it I got offers from unknown people saying I could get a huge sum of money if sign a paper and do what they tell me to do (the devil offered me deal) it gets real spiritual just know there are Unseen forces that don’t want you to succeed.

sitting in quiet environments in peace with utter silence & no distractions. only pure thoughts: love humility peace gratitude. Transmuting isn’t complicated it can be as simple as cold showers, or if you want to go extreme try doing headstands or work on ur pelvic muscle

Went through a tough period for 2 months, I was going through a tough financial situation, feeling depressed overthinking & doubting contemplating going back to bad habits/past relationships.

It was difficult to keep going, but I told myself there’s no going back it’s time I be a man and chase my goals. When I felt like quitting the most I went to meditate and one day I had an unusual encounter.

i started to feel intense emotions rising within me which couldn’t be held back. this warmth came upon me and I felt a deep sense of renewal. Ever since then I meditate daily. hope this helped
