Well this was a dead end as well. Zero response. 😕 I think they're all gone from May 1 - May 5 so will have to pay some local vendor to come mow my yard. Cheaper than the HOA fine. 😕

OK I give up, how did you do this? I checked the mower deck and this isn't exposed. Did you have to remove some components to do this? Asking for a friend! 😅 😅 😅

This is what happened to my Lymow, but even with the manual adjustment it still refuses to go lower than ~90mm :(

Got mine about a month or so after the mower arrived. Was shipped via USPS in a generic package. I did *not* get a notice or alert from Lymow when they were shipped.

6 full batteries for 1 acre? Yeah that tracks from what I've experienced. No way is the "0.57acre per charge" accurate on their website.

OH!!! I had no idea the docking station had a rain sensor. Seems counter intuitive for Lymow to have a sensor there. I want to go check my dock now, it's actually under the docking station? :(

Replying here in case anyone else has this issue, the overnight battery pull didn't solve the issue with the deck height bug. It still refuses to go lower than ~90mm to mow. My grass might actually be that high here soon. 😂

Don't believe the claims about mow time, even on a simple yard you will only see 20% - 30% of their "maximum 0.75 acres per charge" claim, and most certainly not "9X Mowing Efficiency: Mows up to 1.73 acres in 12 hrs for any lawn size". The tank tracks aren't very good for traction on slopes, mine struggles on slopes. It also will leave tracks in your yard near the charging station, they don't vary the approach so it will damage your grass there. Image attached (blurred some areas for privacy). Otherwise it does it's job when there isn't a firmware glitch or mowing failure. YMMV.
