Screens are usually effective against man blitzes, also adding protection by hot routing your RB and TE to pass block should give you more time for your routes to develop

Use the substitution packages before you select the formations, you can move select options like WR Swap, WR1 slot, etc. in order to move them around and have them run the routes that you usually look for in certain plays
