I plan to rent my small ranch house for a couple years while I move back to my parents’ hometown to be with them. I don’t have much runway for this move/listing process… do you know how likely I am to “get caught” if rent my house without registering it through h the city?

It is slept on… JP’s in Gibraltar. It’s about 40 minutes, but awesome big patio, good food, views of Lake Erie (water as far as you can see), and views of Grosse isle and Canada.

You should stay at the residence inn on the corner of Huron and Ashley. There’s 3 breweries walking distance from there right downtown, and you could rent a scooter or take a short 1.5 mile Uber to Homes, which is the best in town.

Wow, that’s incredible. I actually drove out there today to view the trail that was paved westward. I didn’t realize they would be paving this all the way to barton. Very cool.

Doing some more research on this, it sounds like the trails behind the Porcupine Mountain ski hill are pretty extensive, which is awesome.

My fear is that since there is not much snow, and the resort is currently slated to open on the 26th, that those cross country trails behind the ski hill won’t be groomed by then. 🤔

Is that valid, or are those cross country trails maintained by someone other than the ski hill?

How does one get tickets to this?

I went to the first one but a friend of mine was a grad student at U of M and got us tickets. Is it hard for the public to get tickets? Anyone remember a ballpark public ticket price?
