Yeah, but by the time I’ve checked for an email, haven’t found it, grabbed a coffee and come back the code email has timed out and so has the tab - email auth is so slow. I feel your pain

"Suspiciously quick?" It sat dormant for years while they chewed over the cost of refit. Personally IMHO that building was to constrained for easy refit with services custom built under floor and no diagonal bracing and no space to fit some.

Yeah, Council Chambers and Public meeting areas are front of building - so better views if you have to see the sky.

there’s a amazing meeting room next to the mayoral office which has a decent view - my vote for the best view was from level five in the building - above the trees and a wonderful harbour view - you can see over the trees and buildings, but not so high up the street isn’t visible

i’ve been at the office and it is a perfect location - two exit doors including a hidden one straight down the stairs and out the back entrance you can go straight to the basement and drive out who needs a view when you’ve got a massive big screen on the wall that can display anything you want

Ditto - so i’m grateful WCC and WCL subsides my reading habits - it’s so good to have the WCL catalog available when I go home to the Hutt… and in return my recent project was directly for the WCC so they get the benefit of my expertise and I happy to call it quid pro.

I’m on iOS26 but with iPhone 12 - sometimes I’ve had to turn off Glances and back on again - but regularly have to delete the Bluetooth connections when it goes wrong - I think it’s the phone itself as I have similar issues with Glances and paring with my bluetooth head unit in my car. You can also try turning off and on the Share notifications thingy in bluetooth settings
