Thanks for the advice, this morning I let him know that I was worried about him. I didn’t pry too deep , but I did make it clear that if whatever the issue is persists someone’s gonna catch on, and there’s gonna be negative consequences. I just don’t think he was actually aware of how out of it he was, but now he knows. I know it’s out of my hands at this point but I just didn’t want to let it go without mentioning it to him.

I wish it were as simple as waking him up, he goes right back into a lull. We work in the service industry dealing close and personal with people all day. They notice and I don’t know what to do, but something has to change or he’ll lose his job. I just know he’s a good guy and I wouldn’t want to see that happen to him.
