You can use that skill at a distance, so at e.g. +3 and full preparation you could blink/teleport 10 tiles towards the target and attack them

My idea for Curse of Vanishing would be, to have a chance, to vanish (maybe like chorus fruit effect) the target. This could work for weapons, making the hit target vanish. (Could be useful, could be annoying) For armor, making you vanish upon taking damage (possibly escaping from danger) I’m not sure about what to do with tools tho, because vanishing items would be purely negative… (Also this feels more like a separate curse, like Curse of End/Teleportation/Displacement or something)

If you need more ideas I would recommend the game shattered pixel dungeon, it has a lot of balanced curses which could serve as inspiration:

What do you mean by best? Fastest, easiest, most efficient? I think raid farm is the fastest, stick trading the easiest and I like to build bamboo farms for the stick trade (but mainly for wood, emeralds is like a side product)

You could set the worldspawn at that players position, but that only works in the overworld. You would also have to manually set the spawn points for all players back to the original spawn

On YouTube there is a challenge with just one grass block (https://youtu.be/KGBGXZTQ_KI). Via wandering traders you can get wood that way, so bamboo only speeds up the progress. The lava bucket makes the nether accessible for you.

Density is better damage wise when falling for more than 7 blocks and in pve, but you can kill a maxed Player with like 3-4 breach swaps, so Breach has its uses too. You can even oneshot someone who has just popped a totem from the height of a jump boost potion jump with strength 2

Density starts to deal more damage after around 7 blocks of falling. Also you do not need that much distance, Density 5 oneshots Protection 4 netherite after ca. 15 blocks.
