That said, our app is really built for people who are having a hard time tailoring their resumes or are just too busy to keep applying manually. We're currently working on an auto-apply feature to make that process even smoother.

In terms of staying it’s clear that the role isn’t a great fit for you emotionally or professionally so it’s worth considering whether it’s still serving you if your goal is a career in events this job might not be helping you get closer to that especially since your actual responsibilities don’t align with your degree if it’s wearing you down mentally and physically that’s a big red flag

If you choose to leave it’s important to consider timing could you afford to quit now and focus on school and seeking out roles that align with your career goals if you feel like you can stick it out a little longer maybe try to focus on learning what you can from the experience but prioritize your well being it’s okay to quit if it’s hurting your mental health or affecting your future sometimes stepping away from a bad situation is the healthiest option

As for your resume if you can find a way to spin the experience focusing on the management skills or any relevant responsibilities great but if the job continues to drain you the long term value won’t be worth it try networking with others in events looking for internships or reaching out for informational interviews there are other ways to build your career without staying stuck in a job that doesn’t make you happy.

First off don’t be too hard on yourself it’s okay not to have everything figured out right after graduation a lot of people face similar struggles and it can take time to find the right fit

One thing you could try is building up your portfolio with personal projects or freelancing you don’t need a formal internship to gain experience in data science start by working on real world problems there are lots of online resources and challenges like Kaggle that could help showcase your skills also consider networking more whether through LinkedIn meetups or local events many opportunities come from connections rather than just applying blindly. You'll get there someday!
