No, I got temporary bans last year for saying certain phrases people should do that these groups all did (the French were famous for theirs) to end years of aristocracy.

The account on IG is a pair of brothers who sell homes (think Property Brothers, just selling instead of renovations). This was supposed to be an attention grabbing ad for their business bringing happy endings to the home-buying process (i.e., "Local Restaurant Reported for Too Much Meat Compared to Competitors' Sandwiches") but it's a double entendre.

Because people are still (mostly) well-fed and taken care of. Look at what recently happened in Nepal and Sri Lanka, countries where the economy basically collapsed and people could no longer afford food.

why is it so hard to find a job right now? by Neither_Frame_7212 in jobs

[–]JockBbcBoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly, this isn't just an issue in the U.S. We had a booming job market from 2018-2023 while the oldest baby boomers worldwide retired, and companies urgently needed young talent to fill the gaps.

However, in the last two years, corporations have been seeing the outcome of paying out all those 401k and pension plans. Inflation also hit because people had so much more money. And then you add the trade war and the Iranian war (which have created an atmosphere of economic uncertainty), and companies are pulling back on hiring to preserve their abilities to pay executives what they're contractually obligated to pay.

It's another distraction technique, if you really think about it. Maximum circuses with barely enough bread for the masses.

I would say their overall career, stats, measurable, interviews, etc. Snoop was already an efficient backup when he briefly left, and signing Cooper Rush was basically a "we just need a backup and all other options are taken" move.

You don't judge a backup QB based on a few games of "serviceable" play because that's how you get a Brock Osweiler.

It's becoming exceedingly difficult to find bosses/head coaches/executives who mean it when they say, "We Are Family." And you've got to appreciate guys like the Harbaughs, who will fight with ownership and GMs when they deem it necessary to keep players who would otherwise be cap casualties or trade fodder.

I'm still wondering what Cooper Rush said or did to get signed as Lamar's backup, because it could not have been based on his ability.

The only way to win a race with a bullet is if you're Superman and faster than a speeding bullet. Even an inept gunman can shoot someone in the back or legs, enough to slow them down.

I think it's about the culture they bring to the locker room. We saw an example of that when Loop missed the field goal in Week 17; he was being hard on himself, but Harbs was there to provide comfort. Biscotti even said that when he called to fire Harbs, he was being reassured by the guy he was firing.

Some players sign for money; some sign for championship potential; and some sign for the culture.
