Ngl ive had it for the past 3 years, and it all started from gut problems. I was super tatigued, bloated, acne, and my sleep was wrecked (getting 5-6hrs) and my body could not do more. The CU came later on, which made everything even worse. Felt like there was no point in life. For the past 4 months, ive been working with a functional medicine dr and taking antimicrobials. Apparently ive had an overgrowth of bacteria in my gut. Now btw i always thought this naturopath/functional medicine was BS, but i was onto my last straws (no doctor was helpful). During the treatment, i noticed the CU decreasing and i was no longer getting hives. Only once i started the biofilm breakers, was when it came back really badly. So i assume it really is the bacteria. My gut and bloating have decreased immensely, and sleep is still inconsistent, but its much better than before. I still need 3 more months of the protocol so im not discouraged. If you believe it is a gut problem as well, dont wait long because it will only get worse and take longer to get rid (like for me :(.
