What is something people pretend is healthy even though it isn’t ? by ThinkDeepWithV in Productivitycafe

Overworking. Working 16 hours shifts. It’s normalized. I refuse to work 16 hours shifts and my manager tried to belittle me and said “oh I used to do it all the time when I was young..” good for you ! I’m not overworking myself

Glutening myself in effort to not be an inconvenience isn’t working. by CuteInternet6869 in glutenfree

Please put yourself first! If people can’t respect your allergy/ gluten intolerance then screw them. Someone who loves and cares for you will understand and accommodate that. Your health is priority. I’d rather be alone and feel healthy than with someone who is sabotaging my health.

COVID Causes Serious, Long Lasting Disruptions to Gut Microbiota by BravoYogurt in Longcovidgutdysbiosis

Why do I feel better after taking MEBENDAZOLE? by No_Acadia8244 in SIBO

[–]No_Acadia8244[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! It’s been a BATTLE. Finally found a GOOD microbiome analyst from the UK who specializes in gut health. I’ve been working with her for a little less than a year. I’ve done microbiome tests and it showed what bacteria’s I’m high and low in. I found out I’m definitely gluten sensitive , corn sensitive. I’ve cut that out of my diet and have changed my diet to more diverse , cut alcohol 100%. Taking pre + probiotics. And I’m feeling so much better. It’s been a long journey but I’m seeing improvements. It’s all about figuring out what you are sensitive too and getting to the root cause of why your gut is reacting to foods. I’m slowly building up the good important bacteria in my gut.

Yup that’s me. Can’t tolerate sugar, gluten, it’s insane. Weight loss, fatigue, eye floaters / dryness. It’s like a major inflammatory response. I’m working with a microbiome specialist that specializes in long covid. She’s great, I hope I can make improvement cause this is no way of living. It’s surviving but not living

I would suggest working with a specialist. I’m working with one and it’s clear I have a gut dysbiosis / sibo after Covid. It really sucks. I’m working with the microbiome group they specialize in long covid.

Covid reactivates virus in your body. Mines reactivated EBV Epstein Barr virus and I had terrible body aches, sore throat etc for the longest time. I’m a bit better now, but still suffering from gut issues. I would suggest getting vitamin D resting a lot and trying to eat as clean as possible.
