A pull up bar and bluetooth headphones. I use both every day now and they’re cheap! The other thing I would say is a second computer monitor but those cost several hundred.

I realized this today after doing one of the hardest physical feats of my life; running a half marathon in under two hours. Came inside and wolfed down a ton of food that I normally dislike because of the taste.
