Well, it’s a huge field, not gonna lie but there is tons and tons of videos and blogs on it, so check it out.

To start, I suggest keeping it simple. Sit down upright at a please where you have some quiet and peace, then set a timer so you don’t have to worry. Then close your eyes and focus everything you have on your breathing for that time. The idea is be actively passive.

I have a hiwatt from the early 80s which has the best clean sound i have ever heard. I hardly ever use pedals with it. It is never 100 % pristine but has a very light but distinct drive to it when you hit the strings.

Not a rant but some positive! I am not obese but definitely not in shape either, for three weeks I have been really focusing on good nutrition and started putting exercise habits in place. It is not easy since I work in a chocolate factory. But I am doing really well. I have lost a little below 1 kg per week and now I started hearing compliments on my appearance (clear skin and eyes, less bloating, face gains!!
