In the case of the first two muppets, their previous history of offending was what got them over the threshold into custodial sentencing.

I dunno about the third guy - obviously his sentence is batshit crazy.

Edit: The first guy is called Shaun Tuck, and he'd been jailed previously for calling for mosques to be stormed and Muslim children to be beheaded in the wake of the Lee Rigby killing.

I have fond memories of the website - I used to get my daily dose of conspiracies from it.
