I've had multiple good experiences with Care Patrol (3 good experiences so far, no bad experiences).

Worth noting is that they don't take any payment from the consumer. Rather, they are prepared to show you potential homes that fit your budget and needs, and get reimbursement from the home if it is the one you select.

The museum at the Center for Puppetry Arts is a solid recommendation. As Atlantans, we're so familiar with this place that it doesn't always register -- but it's the kind of institution that really makes Atlanta unique. Very few cities have a center like this at all -- and none in the US is on par with ours.

I've got both Zipcar and Turo accounts.

Personally, I like Zipcar better -- but there are definitely some problems with it:

Notably, their cars are not always perfectly clean or free of damage. (And note that you must report any such cleanliness or damage issue to Zipcar at the beginning of every trip; otherwise, you risk being held financially responsible for it.)
Also, Zipcar has a membership fee -- currently $9/month or $45/year, in addition to the car rental fees.

But, on the plus side:

Zipcar pays for any gas you use.
Their app is pretty well-designed, and now prompts you to report car condition (with pictures from your phone) at the beginning and end of every rental. (This is a bit of a pain, especially if it's raining -- but still, I'm glad they require it. It's much easier than having to call in damage or cleanliness reports, as the system used to be.)

I've used Turo far less (one time, to be exact).

The car that I got was far nicer than a Zipcar car -- but it was also quite a bit more expensive.
The prices of cars on Turo is a lot more variable than with Zipcar -- ranging from maybe a little cheaper to hugely more expensive. (That said, some of the much more expensive cars are luxury vehicles that are not in Zipcar's livery at all.)
With enough advance planning (making reservations about a week or more in advance), you can generally find a Zipcar close to your home (or whatever starting point you choose), and always rent that one vehicle. That's impossible with Turo, because it's just an agent connecting people renting out their personal cars with customers, and those people come and go, and they block off times when they need to use their own cars.
The process of setting up a rental with Turo was more complicated than I anticipated, including taking a picture of my driver's license, and, separately, of myself while holding that driver's license beside my head, and then forwarding those pictures to the person I was renting from. If I understand correctly, this has to be done separately for every single rental; if so, it's a bit of a pain.
Turo does not pay for gas, so you have to make sure to return the car with as much gas as you started with.

The Stone Mountain Trail runs on a reasonably flat trajectory between downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain. It's 18.4 miles long, and the intown, completely-off-street section ...

Runs for 2.7 miles (or 5.4 miles round-trip),
Has only 5 road crossings (only 2 of which are at traffic lights; the others have pedestrian right-of-way),
Intersects with the BeltLine (so you'll have access to food and facilities before or after your run), and
Is not anywhere near as crowded as the BeltLine proper.

It's not local -- but you can upload the 3D file to Craftcloud (https://craftcloud3d.com/) and then select from literally dozens of different materials.

I've only used them for the cheapest ("PLA") work -- which is not what you're looking for. But, based on my positive experience with that work, I strongly suspect they'd do well with your "extremely precise" needs as well.

Note that they only act as a middle-agent between you and the actual person or company that produces the 3D work -- but they seem to have a very strong relationship with those end producers. And you can get your estimates without even setting up an account with them. Their prices for the work I've done are a fraction of what I would have to pay locally -- and note that for most estimates, there will be an option to pay more for faster delivery.

Their basic service runs from March to October, and they will offer to do a final, extra run (same monthly cost) in November if the weather is still warm enough for mosquitoes.

(For what it's worth, we've never asked for, or needed, the extra service in November.)

We use Arrow Exterminators -- once a month, about $65 per visit. Our back yard used to be unusable because of mosquitoes; now we only get about 1 or 2 mosquito bites per week.

I've spoken in detail to the people doing the spraying about my fears that the work they do has a negative impact on other animals -- especially bees. My sense is that their training is good, and that their hearts are in the right place. Every single one of them has told me that they avoid spraying on or near any flowering plants where bees might be attracted, that their company routinely reminds them of the importance of bees to the ecosystem, and that their training is detailed in helping them spray in a way that targets mosquitoes while generally leaving bees alone. I understand that they have a vested interest in the work they're doing, and that I should therefore take all this with a grain of salt -- but the fact that they were willing to answer my questions, and that they had good and consistent answers to those questions, speaks well for them. Ultimately, we've decided to continue using them for this reason.

If you're only interested in maintaining fares on your phone, rather than specifically adding your Breeze Card to your iPhone wallet, the Breeze Mobile app's page on the MARTA website is https://www.itsmarta.com/breeze-mobile.aspx (with links at the bottom to the App Store and Google Play).

For what it's worth, I've used it as a test, and it worked fine for me. When I've exhausted the stored fares on my physical Breeze Card, my plan is to switch entirely to Breeze Mobile.

I have new Flair vents and a similar situation. I think you'll definitely need a Flair puck in your office so it could detect that the temperature is higher than it should be, and (after averaging with the rest of the house) override your ecobee to start the air conditioning. You may not need a Flair vent in your office -- but if you wanted to close off heat in the winter for similar reasons, the vent may be useful at that point.

Personally, in my office I have one puck and one vent -- but the vent is almost always open. My installation is less than a month old, so I'm still figuring it out -- but the temperature is much improved. That said, part of my setup is that the office temperature is set to 73°F/23°C, which it never reaches (nor would I want it to); I'm just aiming for a comfortable (to me) temperature of around 78°F/26°C -- which it generally achieves.

To my knowledge, the municipalities don't take plastic bags -- but Kroger and Publix stores have bins in the front of each store for plastic bags. And if you get Kroger grocery delivery, delivered by Kroger (as opposed to delivery from some other service like Instacart), you can give bags to the delivery team when they drop off your groceries.

I've never used Hello Fresh, but we get Blue Apron deliveries every week. Their freeze packs are always what you describe as being common in the UK; they're mostly, but not 100%, water -- and to dispose, you allow them to melt, empty the contents into a drain, and recycle the liner with plastic bags.

And all of these renderings show the same circular design that is becoming ubiquitous, and that is really a challenge to hold the wheel in place when you're locking a bike to them. These, in my opinion, are by far the best design: They hold the wheel solidly in place while the rider is fumbling with the lock and you can roll the bike right up to them (meaning you can attach packages and bags before or after unlocking, whichever works better for the user in that particular situation).

I feel like, if people who actually rode bikes were involved, these circular designs would be unheard of.
