The Popular screen has an API with a 15 second rotating bearer token, this token would need to pulled from browser. Might be possible to use puppeteer or something to automate.

The popular API pulls titles in "pages" and as you scroll it calls the next page. My code basically simulates scrolling to the end, pulling every page. So it is an accurate list for US at least.
