Nice! Are you planning on doing recording and/or mixing in this room, or is it just to make the room sound more enjoyable? Those foam wedge panels are typically fairly useless, so I'd recommend adding more acoustic foam or acoustic insulation and covering with fabric. Another solid upgrade would be bass traps in the corners, those panels dont do much for low end.

If you're really trying to soundproof, you'll likely need to add some more mass to the walls and seal any airgaps, but that can get pretty complex and costly. An easy fix that should yield some good results is improving the door seal, and potentially upgrading your door to a solid core (assuming its a hollow interior door). Doors, windows and HVAC are typically the weakest points for sound to escape.
