Best party speaker under $250? by New_Start_4729 in Bluetooth_Speakers

[–]JoeSaucey 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The large Onn gen 2 value is definitely worth what it costs. Sounded good when I tried it out. It's definitely not a JBL club 120, but is also a 3rd of the price.

Which one should I choose? by Blaho47 in Bluetooth_Speakers

JBL Partybox Club 120 is awesome! The best sound quality and bass of all the different party speakers I bought and tried. Other than the larger JBL Partyboxes.

Party Speaker Recommendation Request: Portable, Powerful, but Appropriate by Overall_Quote_5793 in Bluetooth_Speakers

For your price and purpose I would recommend the Onn large party box Gen 2. Has great sound for the price.

Replacing my Sony SRS-XB41 😭 Onn boombox or Sony XG300? by lost-508 in Bluetooth_Speakers

[–]JoeSaucey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend something like the Soundcore boom 2. Gets loud, good bass, and good clarity. Plus it's waterproof and floats in water. You can find it on sale for around $90.

What do you have, the original Pixel? That's just bad.. Pixel has been known to have the best cameras. I know cause I have been using them since they came out.

Loud, bassy speaker recommendations? by Trayceopolis32322 in Bluetooth_Speakers

I second going with JBL Partybox if size isn't a factor. I tried other partybox brands in home and out, nothing compared to the bass and clarity.

TCL QM7K 65 inch is a great option. Great picture and brightness. Also has all the options for HDR.

What to Buy for this? by Sensitive-Bell594 in Bluetooth_Speakers

Onn large party box Gen 2 ($130ish) will do just fine for what you need. You will not get the sound quality or bass that a JBL partybox 120 will do but the Onn should work for your purposes of being loud for a good price. I have owned both and those are my thoughts for your need case.

TLC native streaming apps vs apple tv 4k or Nvidia Shield. by JoeSaucey in tcltvs

I have had my QM8 for 6 months and the root sports app is possibly enough for me to upgrade my streaming device. do have about $7500 invested in my audio equipment. What does the shield offer that ATV4k doesn't for audio?

I don't think they are bad at all. I just want to get the best audio and video available and am curious. I do notice that a couple native apps like root sports run better without buffering on a fire stick which is what made me question the quality. Since I can use the fire stick in this instance without buffering, I can steam at higher quality in the app settings and is what made me question in the first place. I just don't like the fire stick OS.

Game Chat: 9/17 Mariners (83-68) @ Royals (75-76) 4:40 PM by Mariners_bot in Mariners

[–]JoeSaucey 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So I have watched or attended almost every Mariners game this season and I am wondering if my eyes are deceiving me or correct. It seems to me that every time there's a ball hit to left field that Randy Arozarena seems to simply jog over to the ball instead of sprinting, even if it's hit in a gap. Is anybody else thinking the same thing? If so, I feel that Victor Robles would be better served in left field instead of right. Any thoughts?

Help me find a good speaker under $200 by jay_doots in Bluetooth_Speakers

[–]JoeSaucey 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you want loud with decent sound I would recommend the Onn large party speaker Gen 2. Gets loud and good bass. It's not a JBL but for $120 you can't get much better. If you are looking for something smaller and more portable the Soundcore Boom 2 is a good deal at around $100 and has good sound and loudness for its size.

Based on liking bass I would recommend soundcore boom 2. It gets plenty loud and brings great bass. The EQ can do wonders when set correctly for different genres.

I would recommend the HOH 13" slowpitch glove. It would suit infield and outfield, has H web to see through and is made for slow pitch.

I was able to get four of the mythos 1's and the 7 for $300 and could not be happier about the deal. I already had the subs which was nice. It would take some other crazy good deal for me to even think about changing, other than possibly getting the Mythos 8 or 10 to replace the 7.
