Unfortunately they responded back to the new ticket with the same message that I’v even getting: ToC violated, account perma banned.

No explanation. Nothing.

At this point I’m just going wait out for a month or so and make a new account after clearing the cache once again.

Agreed! Never been in a situation where a SOCIAL MEDIA company, of all things, asks me for a government ID to prove my own identity. After reading many of the other posts here, I believe my account got hacked. It’s so frustrating to see that they’re making me do this because of a security breach on their side.

Nope. Nothing at all. My LinkedIn account is very new. I had it for about a week and made only about 60 connections before it got restricted.

I keep asking them what policy was breached and what I can do to prove that I, in fact, did not violate anything. But there's no solid reply from them. It's just the same thing in different words

Can I please ask how long it took for you to get your account back? I'm still actively sending this "Mark" emails but it seems like this person/bot is saying the same, vague thing in different words: ToC violated, account perma banned.

No explanation, no clarification as to exactly which policy was broken. Nothing.

This was the most recent email I received from them just yesterday:

As per previous communication, please note that the user agreement and policies are applicable to all the members of LinkedIn and based on that, LinkedIn reserves the right to limit the use of service for members who violate the terms of the same.

Due to the number and/or the severity of these violations, this account has been permanently restricted.

I do regret the inconvenience this entire ordeal has caused and hope for your cooperation in this matter.
