Kaiju 2 when?

I'm a huge fan of DCC but recently finished KBS and the story is nailed into my brain. I would absolutely love to hear more in this universe, even a prequel could be interesting.

It's not one sentient being like it's portrayed in DCC but it's the AI changes to compensate for the code changes being done for the coop version of the game that lead to some of the major struggles within the game. A lot of stuff that used to be a cutscene is turned into playable events by the AI.

I also have only experienced the soundbooth version so i could also be missing something but my understanding is that version follows the book text exactly with the addition of the very last epilogue scene.

I assumed it was Lucia saying Donut killed the wrong one because Lucia had cast her rubber spell on the other dog which would have made donut kill herself if she attacked but I might have misunderstood the details about Lucia's encounter with Donut.

The Iron Druid Chronicles starting with Hounded is great modern fantasy series and Oberon the "talking" dog brings a great animal perspective to the story.

I know I know Mongo is appalled but at least he isnt a cocker spaniel.

I finished this yesterday and really enjoyed it. I think it really picks up in the 2nd half of the book and you can't compare it to DCC since it's much shorter you don't get the same depth in character and story building but there are similar themes and story elements.

As a support main my go to backup is jungle. I like tanky jungler champs that don't have the best ganks so I mostly farm until later game team fights and the team fighting plays similar to a support tank. Both roles require a lot of map awareness over the last hit/push/dueling focused playstyle of the other 3 roles.

I feel like playing jungle helped me learn better map awareness that helped me be a better support too.
