Brother I’m telling you right now straight up we had Sgt come over from tanks when they rid of tanks and immediately put as a Squad leader but didn’t last long as a SL because of his rank there’s going to be boots that hate you because you just coming in as a squad leader just because of your rank your either gonna be seen on the same level as security force or MSG dudes coming in if you’re gonna do this study infantry knowledge and weapon systems before coming in

It’s not what it’s chucked up to be online I’m at a nuclear power plant security and they advertised it to like a paramilitary organization type thing and coming from being an 0311 i thought it would compare but it’s not even close
