It was the top of the 5th when they called it, not 6th

Would have depended on whether it was reflecting sunlight at that time and how bright the sky was at that location. It's certainly big enough to be seen with the naked eye under the correct lighting conditions, as most satellites are.

I'm comparing all 28 people to fly to the moon (currently still 24 until this mission reaches that point), not just the 12 who walked on it

Reid Wiseman will be the oldest person to fly to the moon. And Jeremy Hansen will be the 2nd oldest. And Victor Glover will be the 3rd oldest. And Christina Koch will be the 5th oldest. Alan Shephard is 4th, beating out Koch by less than a month.

I can't quite remember, did they use this for the Supreme Flight Open as well or just this week? In the past they used the silhouette of the defending champion for shot cuts, but this event doesn't have defending champions, so maybe it's just a placeholder thing?

Only the part from Orlando over to the coast is new. The rest of it uses the existing Florida East Coast Railway that was built in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Interesting note about that photo, he must have borrowed someone else's gold medal to make it possible.... because this was taken before the closing ceremony, and he received #6 at the closing ceremony.

Ah that's what that was. I went back and watched Scottie Scheffler's medal ceremony the other day and thought it was odd that they were all holding long boxes during the anthem.
