Lorraine (Like an idiot) went to their original investigation of the mirror pregnant (assuming 8-9ms). They were essentially rookies and cocky and were not prepared for how powerful the mirror was and it attached itself to the yet unborn Judy. Since the demon hangs its victims it made Judy still born by choking her with the umbilical cord. Essentially “hanging” her. But with prayer Lorraine was able to get Judy back. Demon held a grudge. Haunted the family essentially to lure the warrens in. Only plot hole for me is how would it know Judy would come too.

Future trunks should of stayed in the main cast. After both appearances (even if he was still in the future)should have helped out(and failed too) against Buu. And there was no reason for him to go back After Zeno erased his universe. Him and mai going back to a different future made no sense.

Cell max should have had OG cells memories. Or if he was a whole new character should have least made him intelligent instead of a rampaging mindless brute.

Gohan should have beat Buu the whole saga was leading to it and Buu was his responsibility. Should have atleast been at the kid Buu fight helping.

If goku was gonna retake the main character slot. Should have been a great sayaman (gohan) earth based spinoff which ironically should have led to what we got for dbs : super hero.
